Outside

Parking available, the side patio has table tennis and the central terrace is equipped with tables and beach umbrellas (where you may have your breakfast in spring and summer). From the dining room it is possibile to reach the solarium (equipped with chaise-longue) and from there the swimming-pool (may–september) with shower and changing room.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served usually from 7 to 10 in the dining room or outside: continental or british with a very rich variety of drinks and juices, breakfast foods and dessert, special products and fresh fruits.

· Shuttle for the railroad station at Prima Porta (from there link with subway in 15 minutes to Rome, Piazza del Popolo);
· Shuttle for the railroad station at Monterotondo (from there link with urban railroad in about 60 minutes to Fiumicino airport or in 15/30 minutes to various stations of Rome).
· Baby-sitting (with family staff).
· Massages, pedicure and manicure (from external staff).
· Evening italian cooking course (making pasta) (for weekly stay – 5 hours from Monday to Friday).
